Travel Diary: Sundowners Vacation Villas (Bolinao, Pangasinan)

During the long weekend (Nov 28-30), me and my whole family went to Bolinao, Pangasinan to visit this Santorini inspired resort. The 7 hour drive was indeed worth it. This place did not disappoint!

Sundowners Vacation Villas should definitely be one of your destinations this summer! This place is perfect if you want a temporary break from all the craziness in Manila. As far as I know, Sundowners have only limited villas for rent. My family availed the family villa which can accommodate up to 20 people! Our villa had three rooms. The master's bedroom at the ground floor has two queen beds, the room at the second floor has one queen bed and the room at the basement has one double deck bed and three single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. No need to bring plates, spoons and forks. ;) The place itself is pretty spacious and clean looking. The balcony/terrace overlooks the sea which gives it the very relaxing vibe. Here are some photos:

I wasn't able to take a lot of photos of our villas since i'm too mesmerized by the beauty of the outdoors of the place. Hehe. Sorry.

Well the only downside of this resort for me is that I was really hoping for a beach. They do have free use of their kayaks and boats but you can't actually swim in their part of the sea because of big rocks on the shore. 

A plus factor for Sundowners is they actually allow pets inside! Thank God because I was really praying that pets are allowed since we can't leave my baby at home alone. Although they charge P500 each pet. It's okay tho. :P Dipper enjoyed his stay as well :) <3
